We ship all over India 🇮🇳

Yogam Herbals delivers to most pincodes across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. From Kanyakumari to Kashmir, from Assam to Gujarat — your herbal wellness products reach you anywhere in India.

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally. Our operations and shipping are limited to Indian addresses at this time. We hope to expand globally in the future — stay tuned!

Thank you for choosing Yogam Herbals. We are dedicated to delivering your traditional herbal wellness products safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders are calculated and displayed at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery: Flat shipping charge of Rs. 60 applies to orders below Rs. 999.
  • Free Shipping: Free delivery on all orders of Rs. 999 and above.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days for southern states (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) and major metropolitan cities. For northern states and remote rural pincodes, delivery may take 5–7 business days.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message containing your tracking number(s) on WhatsApp and Email once your order has been packed and dispatched from our facility. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Damages & Issues

Yogam Herbals is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please take a photograph of the damaged package and contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement pack.
