Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Yogam Herbals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal in consumable herbal products, we maintain a clear policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure hygiene and safety.
1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been marked as "Packed" or "Shipped" by our administration team.
- If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
- Once an order is packed, shipped, or out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Returns Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible, unopened items from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, sealed packaging.
Exclusions: Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for herbal powders (choornams), oils, kashayams, or other consumable items if the outer safety seal has been broken or tampered with.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@yogamherbals.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99443 32211 with your Order Number and photos of the sealed product package. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.
4. Refunds Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed:
- For online payments, the refund is auto-credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI) within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to request your UPI ID or bank account details to complete the transfer.
